LIC AAO Recruitment comes with a Service Bond

Service Bond : It is worth mentioning here that LIC AAO Job comes with a service bond, where after joining the applicants will have to give a undertaking to serve the organization for a minimum period of 4 years, failing which you have to pay Rs 1,00,000( One lakh) liquidated damages to the corporation.

Moreover the applicant after joining, will be on probation for a period of 2 year.Plus the appointee will also have to give an undertaking for serve any-where in India.

Pay-Scale: Applicants who will be appointed as AAO's in LIC will be given salary as per the Pay Scale of Rs 17240- 840(14) –29000– 910(4) –32640 

Who is eligible to apply for LIC AAO Recruitment 2013 ?

Applicants willing to apply for Jobs in LIC must full fill the below mentioned Eligibility conditions

Age Limit: Min: 21 years and Max: 30 years

Educational Qualifications: Applicants applying for the post of AAO, must have possess with a Bachelor or Master's Degree in any Discipline from a recognised University in India with at least 55 % marks in any of the Degrees

Selection Process: The Selection process for the Recruitment of AAO's in LIC shall consists of an Online Written test and followed by Interview and Medical test.

How to Apply ?
 
Application Fees: Applicants need to pay an application fees of Rs 500/- (Only General Candidates) either through Online or Offline mode, where as applicants belonging to SC/ST communities will have to pay only Rs 50/- (As intimation charges).

Online Application: Candidates need to apply Online only at the Official Website (www.licindia.in/careers.htm) from 05-03-2013 to 01-04-2013.

Before applying online, applicants must have the scanned copy of a Photograph and Signature with them at the time of Online Registration.

After submitting the Online application, candidates must take the Print-out of the System Generated Application form,and preserve it for future references.
