SBI had earlier in March 2012 Advertised 9500 Clerk vacancies for which the Interviews are still going on. It is expected that Recruitment will be completed by the Dusshera. This Upcoming SBI Recruitment is much bigger, than the SBI Recruitment 2012, as far as numbers are concerned. In 2012, SBI had recruited close to 17,000 people, but that number will surely exceed for the Upcoming year. So Gear Up, as it is raining Bank Jobs in India As of now, State Bank of India (SBI) had 2.14 lakh employees and its is expected of Bank to increase the staff strength by 10 % in the coming one year.
Why SBI is Recruiting people in Huge Numbers ?
Since, SBI is the India's Largest Public Sector Banks ans there fore it had the Largest Network of Branches and the Highest Work force (Number of Employees). As of June, 2012, SBI had 2.14 lakh people on its Roles, out of which 80,329 officers and 95,018 clerks.The two major reasons that had been put forwarded by bank for this Bumper Recruitment
1) Retirement of Employees: In the coming five years, about 30 to 35 % or 70 to 80,000 of Bank Staff in going to retire.So, that is why Bank will need the people to fill up these vacancies.
2) Opening of New Bank Branches: SBI had decided to open 1200 bank branches this Fiscal. The Bank will be need the staff to carry on the operations in the newly opened branches.
Shortage of Clerks: Since SBI is facing huge shortage of Clerks, so it decided to recruit 19,000 clerks and only1000 Officers .Krishna Kumar said that this was being done to address the deficit in clerical staff in many branches.
Will SBI Announce PO Recruitment in 2013 ?
This is the Question that interests all those who are waiting SBI PO Recruitment 2012.Mr Kumar said that " The Interviews for Clerk posts are going on and we will shortly announce the Process for Recruiting Probationary Officers ".So its is expected that very soon there will be announcement of PO Jobs in SBI

Selection Process: The Selection process for the Recruitment of Teachers in SSA will be done on the basis of marks secured by Candidates in their Academic Qualification, Professional Qualification, Higher Qualification (Like Graduation, Post-Graduation and B Ed) and most importantly Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Score.
Who can apply for SSA Chandigarh Teacher Recruitment 2012 ?
Interested candidates who desirous and are looking for Teaching Jobs in 2012 must full fill the below mentioned eligibility criteria in terms of Age and Educational Qualifications. Age Limit: Applicants must be aged in between 21 years and 35 years (As on 3-10-2012). How to apply for SSA Chandigarh Recruitment 2012 ?
Applicants who full fill the above mentioned Eligibility criteria are required to apply online and submit their Online applications before 3-10-2012 Application fees: An application fee of Rs 400 (Rs 200 For SC candidates) will have to be deposited through a System Generated Challan form at C-DAC, A-34, Phase-VIII, Industrial Area, Mohali-160071 by 4th Oct, 2012. Online Application: Applicants are required to apply online at the to www.ssachd.nic.in or www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in. After that candidates will have to carefully fill the Online form by following the On-Screen Instructions. After submitting the Online form, the System will generate a Registration Number and Payment Challan. The Registration number must be noted down, as it will be required for future usage at later stages.
The Payment Challan is to be used for depositing the Application fees at the Office of C-DAC Mohali. Applicants submitted without payment of application fees will not be considered.
