This is because that the Starting Date for submitting the Online Applications is 30th July, 2012.So you can apply Online only after 30th July and the Last Date to apply online is 13th Aug, 2012

Actual period of service rendered in defence services + 3 years, (8 years for Disabled Ex- Servicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to max. age of 50 years
