In this post, we will discuss the Detail, the Procedure for Submitting the Online Application form for ACIO Jobs.It is worth mentioning here that Online Application is the only the valid method for submitting the Application for Intelligence Bureau Jobs
Before applying Online for Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2012, it is important that students must go through the procedure for submitting the Online Application form. Students must make sure that they apply online well before the Last Date to avoid last minute trouble Like Congestion, Site Failure etc
Important Dates for Submitting the Application form:
Starting Date of Submitting Online Application: 20th July, 2012
Last Date for Submitting the Online Application: 19th August, 2012
Pre-Requisite for Submitting the Intelligence Bureau Online Application form
Candidates must note that they have the following Details with them at the time of Online Registration
- A valid and working email address in required to receive updates and also for Downloading the Call letter.
- A Mobile Number with SMS facility for receiving details and updates.
Application Fees and Modes of Payment
An application fee of Rs 100. will have to be deposited in the State Bank of India (SBI) either through Online Mode or Offline mode.
Offline Mode: In offline mode, candidates will have to deposit the application fees through a System Generated Challan Form.The Challan form will be generated at the time of Submitting the Online Application form.The Challan form, will contain the details like Candidates Name,Registration Number, Account Number etc.Candidates must note that that must submit the Challan form along with Application fees in any branch of SBI.The Candidates must submit the fees at least after the 3 hours of Online form submission
After depositing the application fees, the counterfoil of this Challan form will be given to the candidates containing the Transaction Number. The Challan form must be preserved for future references as it needs to be produced as and when required
Online Mode: In online mode, the candidates will have to deposit the Application fees by using the SBI Internet Banking, or Debit cum ATM Card.The Payment gateway is integrated with the application form, so at the Time of filling the Online Application form, you have to select "Internet Banking Payment" after that you will be redirected to the Payment page, where you can make the Payment
How to Submit the Online Application ?
Website: Students must note that the Website containing the Information about Intelligence Bureau Recruitment in (www.mha.nic.in), while the Website for submitting the Online application is (www.onlinesubmit.in/mha).
- Candidates will first have to Log on to the MHA Official Website.On the Homepage they have to click on the appropriate Link in What's News Column.After that they will be redirected to the page where they can submit the Online Application.
OR
- Candidates can directly copy this Address (www.onlinesubmit.in/mha/) in their address bar and proceed for filling the Application form
(This is How the Online Application form Submission Page, will look like)
- After that candidates will have to Click on the New User Button and fill the Online Application form, by following the On-Screen Instructions.
- After submitting the Application form, the System will generate a Unique Registration ID and a registration slip that must be printed and preserved for future references
Note: For Information about Written Exam and Admit Cards, candidates are advised to remain in touch with the Official Website (www.mha.nic.in).

Due to Heavy Trafiic, there may be possibilty that Online Application Links will not be working in the Peak Hours (10 am to 10 Pm).So our advice is that, you should apply either Late Night (After 1 am) or Early Morning (Before 6 Am)
