SSC uploaded FCI Written Exam Marks of Paper-1 of Assistant Grade Exam

After completion of Part-I Registration, the System will generate a Registration Number, then must be noted Down, as it is required in further stages and for Part-II Registration.
  • In the Part-II Registration, applicants will have have to Enter the Fee Details Like Transaction Number (Required Only for Offline Payment) and Upload the Scanned Photograph and Signature
  • After completion of Part-II Registration, the System will generate an Application form that must be Printed or Saved for Future References.

How to Submit IBPS Clerk Online Application form 2012 ?

A Step by step Procedure on Submitting IBPS Online Application for the 2nd Clerk Exam in Dec, 2012

IBPS Clerk Exam 2012 Dates have been announced and the Online Registrations are going on.The Last Date for Submitting the IBPS Clerk Online Application is 5th November, 2012.In our previous post, we have discussed the Details of the IBPS Clerk Notification 2012 and in this post, we will help you in filling the IBPS Online Application form

Since the large number of Students applying for IBPS Exams are unaware of the correct procedure for Submitting the Online Applications, they may submit their Online applications inappropriately.

In this Tutorial on IBPS Clerk Online Registration, we will try to explain the exact and appropriate procedure for submitting the Online Applications for IBPS Clerk Exam 2012.Students applying for the IBPS Exams in 2012-2013 must carefully go through the Complete Procedure for Submitting the Online Applications in order to register for IBPS Exams in 2012-2013.

But here are a few pre requisites that must be noted before submitting the IBPS Clerk Online Application form.Candidates must have following Details/Documents with them at the time of submitting the IBPS Online Application 

  • A Working Email Address is required.Candidates will receive the Registration details (Like Registration Number and Password) , Admit cards and other information from time to time by IBPS.
  • A working mobile phone number with Incoming SMS facility in order to receive Online Registration details and other future updates by IBPS
  • Scanned Photo and Scanned Signature (The detailed Specifications for Scanned Photo and Signature will be given in the Detailed Advt. for the IBPS Advt Notification)  
  • Details of Marks of Qualifying exams (Like Mark -Sheets of 10th, 12th and Graduation).
  • Application Fee Details (Like Transaction details such as NEFT UTR No., IFSC Code etc.). These details are required only in case of submitting Application fees using Offline mode.

After Completing the above mentioned pre-requisites for Submitting the Online Application.Candidates will have decide through which mode they have to deposit the Application fees.There are two steps that are involved in submitting the Online Application for IBPS Clerk Exam 2012

1. Payment of Application Fee ( Online or Offline)
2. Submission of Online Application or Online Registration

Payment of Application Fee: In order to register for IBPS Exams, one must have to deposit the Application fees by using Online mode or Offline mode.The Application Fee is Rs 450 (Gen/OBC) candiadtes and Rs 50 (For Others)

Online mode: In case of Online mode, following steps must be undergone for making payment through Online mode.

  • The Payment Gateway also called the Payment Channel is integrated with the Online Application form and the payment can be made by following the On-screen Instructions.
  • The Payment can be made through Master cards,Debit Cards, Credit Card and Internet Banking.
  • After making the Payment the System will generate an E-Receipt that must be printed and preserved till the exam is over..
  • The E- Receipt along with Original Call Letter will have to be surrendered to the invigilator at the time of examination.


  • At the time of submitting the Application fee using Online mode, don't press refresh or Back button in order to avoid double charge.\
  • It is advisable not to use your credit cards on the Public Computers (Like Cyber Cafes).For Security purposes after making the Payment, Plz close the window of your browser.
Offline Mode: Students who would like to submit their Online applications by making Payment through Offline mode must go through the points given below.

  • Candidates will first have to apply Online and submit the Online application at www.ibps.in
  • After submitting the Online application, the system will generate a Challan form and Display a Registration Number on the screen, that must be noted down.The Registration at this stage is Provisional
  • Fee Payment: The Fee Payment can be done at CBS branches of any one of the following 7 Public Sector Banks-Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India,Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India.The Fee Payment will be accepted at any of the bank branches from the 2nd Working Day
  • After the fee is deposited, the applicants will recive a Conformation Email/SMS after 2 working days.

(II) How to Fill the IBPS Online Application for Online Registration ?

After going through the procedure for Submitting the Application fees.Candidates must go through the points given below for submitting the Online Application for IBPS Exams 2012.

  • Candidates can submit their Online Applications only at the IBPS Official Website (www.ibps.in).
  • After that candidates will have to click on the appropriate Link that contains the Online Application form.
  • There after candidates will have to fill the IBPS Online Application form, by following the On-screen Instructions.This involves uploading the Scanned Signature and Scanned Photo, filling the required fields in the Application form etc.
  • After uploading the signature and Photograph, candidates will have to click on the submit button and Choose the Payment mode ie Offline mode or Online mode
  1. Candidates submitting their application fees via Offline Mode will have their System Generated Registration Number and Password after they click on submit Button.The same must be noted or preserved for future references.
  2. In case of candidates who prefer the Online Payment of Application fees, the System will generate an additional form on which the candidate will have to pay fees by following the On-Screen Instructions.After depositing the Application fees, the System will generate the Registration Number and Password that must be secured and preserved for future references.
  • After Successful submission of IBPS Online Application form, the System will generate an Application form that must be printed and preserved till the exam is over.This application form must not be sent to IBPS
